AutoCount System Support:
All AutoCount Software Users are encouraged and recommended to subscribe AutoCount Annual Maintenance support plan and remain it as annual renewal basis. The subscription of the Support and Maintenance fee depends on:
Subscribers are entitled to get unlimited desk support (via telephone, email, remote-access and other telecommunication tools or channels deemed suitable) during the period of coverage. Subscribers are required to install the necessary remote access software (TeamViewer, AnyDesk, AMMYY etc.), and give permission access to the servers or any other machines that are related to AutoCount Accounting system for the purpose of checking or troubleshooting if needed. Upon subscription to this contract, ACTIWISE AUTOCOUNT SUPPORT TEAM will (via remote access) examine and make sure your AutoCount Backup Service is properly set up, able to run auto-backup and send email notification on success/failure of backup. The subscriber shall subsequently observe and inform ACTIWISE AUTOCOUNT SUPPORT TEAM on the failure of auto-backup and email notification and AutoCount shall fix the problem accordingly. From time to time, subscriber should back up manually in system.
Face-to-face consultation session at ACTIWISE AUTOCOUNT SUPPORT TEAM office can be arranged if necessary. No charges will be imposed on subscribers who have secured an appointment with our consultant. Any walk-ins or non-subscribers will only be entertained subject to availability of our consultants, and a consultation fee will be charged.
Subscribers entitle to free service of server migration from one server to another. This service is only applicable to migrating AutoCount Data and only between AutoCount Servers; it does not include migration of other software or migrating from/to non-AutoCount server. This service will be carried out as a desk service via remote-access only. A fee will be charged should ‘on-site’ service is required.
Should on-site (at client’s office) support is required, a quotation of estimated charges will be issued and confirmed before further arrangement. Fee per session for half-Day (≤ 4 hours) will be minimum RM300, and fee per session for Full-Day (≤ 8 hours) will be minimum RM600. The fee shall include cost of transportation and travelling of our service man if designated location is situated in Selangor or Kuala Lumpur (Klang Valley).
For non-subscribers, charges for remote-access support or walk-in consultation will be charge of minimum RM 250 per session (2 hours). Should on-site (at client’s office) support is required; a quotation of estimated charges will be issued and confirmed before further arrangement. Fee per session for half-Day (≤ 4 hours) will be minimum RM500 for non-subscriber, and fee per session for Full Day (≤ 8 hours) will be minimum RM 800 for non-subscriber. The fee shall include cost of transportation and travelling of our service man if designated location is situated in Selangor or Kuala Lumpur (Klang Valley).
